I have been drinking this for several months now. I have one cup in the morning, half a teaspoonful and hot water and a little honey. Since including it into my diet, my hair and skin feel healthy and my energy levels have improved. It has a mild taste, pleasant and southing effect on the stomach. Overall a great product and good value for money. Arrived on time and so far so good. I would highly recommend this product.

Although the taste is horrible, it's a first class organic product. It has already reduced my blood sugar. This is a wonderful product. I am only sorry that I couldn't give five stars for the taste. Honestly the taste is YUK. I take the moringa daily every day and I feel the world of good for it and it works for my health, it had hped to reduced my blood sugar after two weeks. Good quality

Taste is palatable, increases energy and improves skin health. I’ve purchased twice now and recommended to others who also swear by its benefits of overall improvement in health, vitality, hair and skin . Even my 6 year old will drink if I add a little xylitol. We mostly use it as a tea with 1 tsp in a cup with hot water and xylitol. But others I’ve recommended it to say they can’t have it like that because of taste and prefer in a smoothie or even incapsulate it. Personally I think they’re sissy. As taste is not bad at all. Comparing to some Moringa I’ve tasted especially if you boil the leaf from Jamaica. This powder is mild. Value for money is excellent and product lasts long even with a large family.

Didn't like the taste so didn't use it much.

Moringa contains 47 antioxidants. I use a tbs of moringa with tomato, carrot and beetroot juice and distilled water. Thoroughly stir it and leave for half an hour. Then I add some kimchi juice and drink throughout the day. Tastes brilliant and you can't even taste the beetroot which I hate. Put it in the fridge, lasts for two days. I even make a face wash with it. Add Moringa to cooled green tea. I then add some nad+ methylene blue face toner which I purchased and some castor oil and a few other secret ingredients. I apply it before using a red, infrared mask, then a frankincense roller afterward before bed. My skin feels and looks incredible. Feel free to experiment. Very happy with this purchase. Note, the myrosinase enzyme in Moringa is heat sensitive and it can also act as an antinutrient and hinder the absorbsion of other minerals and vitamins. Also it lowers blood glucose levels, so you need to be careful if diabetic. Also contains more iron than spinach so be careful in how much you consume in one go. I would advise googling Moringa powder benefits and side effects and decide for yourself how much you use per day.

I would recommend this powder to anyone...it's made my life better! It lasts ggot months. I drink it half a teaspoon with boiling water and also likening when the water has gone cold. Gives you loads of energy, hair and nails frow faster and stronger, mental clarity better, less brain fog
