This was such a great find! Alani on the go packets are the best. Keep a few in my purse and in desk drawer for convenience. Ingredients, taste and vitamins are all positive. Gives some nice energy with great taste. Good value and super convenient for on the go or travel. Very effective to give you the boost of energy you need.

The taste is refreshing, provides the right amount of energy and I love that it’s the same great taste as the can without all the carbonation. It’s not an everyday drink, I use it in moderation due to amount of sodium and caffeine, and ensure I remain hydrated and eat right. It’s a good tasting sugar free drink when I need a caffeine boost.

Love Love LOVE the flavor! As far as the energy and nutrients go, its the same as their canned energy drinks. I drink one in the morning and it keeps me moving the entire day. Love that I can save some money and just buy these. Plus, I add them to more water to force myself to hydrate more.
