Tasty alternative to protein bars

50% great, 50% too dry

I am a fan of entomophagy popularisation, so I tried these out with great interest (haven't eaten anything with cricket flour before). Two bars only contain 10% of cricket powder (chocolate+orange and pineapple+coconut), and they are both great, highly recommended. However, the other two (chocolate+sesame and peanut+cinnamon) felt very very powdery and dry, I struggled to finish them. Especially the chocolate one as it was also a bit too bitter. I checked the pack and these contained 20% of cricket flour, not sure if that's the reason or a coincidence.

Wirklich ein sehr gelungenes Produkt. Allerdings ist es noch sehr schade, dass Insekten Lebensmittel so teuer sind. Doch ich find die Regel sehr gut und werde sie mir weiterhin kaufen.

Wer Angst vor "ekligem Insektengeschmack" hat kann unbesorgt sein, der Riegel den ich gekostet habe schmeckte nach Nichts mit einer leichten Sesamnote (die anderen waren für Kollegen). Großer Pluspunkt jedoch: Fürs Training lieferte er einen richtig tollen Energieschub. Wer tierisches Protein ohne Antibiotika und Massentierhaltung will, ist hier richtig.

Zuerst das positive, wofür es einen Stern gibt: es gab einen Riegel gratis dazu. Das ist sehr aufmerksam, super Service. Leider treffen die Riegel so gar nicht meinen Geschmack. Das Zeug ist bröselig und geschmacksneutral. Dafür jedoch mit sandiger Konsistenz im Mund, da kann man auch an einer Prise Sand lecken. Schade
