I figured it was just my body adjusting, and it did get better after a few days, so maybe it’s something others might experience too. Also, the dosage is a bit on the higher side for magnesium, so if you’re sensitive to it, you might want to start off with a lower dose. In summary, I’m pretty satisfied with this magnesium supplement. It seems to do what it claims, and I appreciate the ethical sourcing and clean formulation. Just be mindful if you have a sensitive stomach, and you should be good to go.
