Formulated to be flavourless & bland to make it palatable. You can also simply sprinkle into yoghurt, cereal or other cold foods. Do not add into any food or liquid that is warm & avoid adding to any acidic juice, as this might damage the supplement.

Can be taken with or without food, on an occasional or ongoing daily basis. Daily intake can vary for each person depending on the response. Start with 1 sachet a day & increase (a sachet at a time) up to a maximum of 4 sachets, spread over the day.
