I’ve tried multiple zinc carnosine supplements over the years, including the patented Japanese PepZin GI, and nothing has worked for me as effectively as this one from SuperSmart. This has been hands down the most powerful supplement for my stomach inflammation and what I believe was leaky gut. After consistent use, my symptoms have completely resolved — which I didn’t experience with other brands at all. For my personal routine, I take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 in the evening (totaling 17 mg of chelated elemental zinc daily). That dosing has worked extremely well for me, especially considering the estimated 6–8 hour half-life. If you’ve struggled to find a zinc carnosine product that actually delivers results, I highly recommend giving this one a try.

Ich nehme Zink-L-Carnosin zur Unterstützung meines Magendarmtrakts und habe schnell gemerkt, dass mein Verdauungssystem stabiler geworden ist. Fühle mich insgesamt wohler und werde es definitiv weiterhin einnehmen. Einziger Negativpunkt, leider ist die empfohlene Dosis etwas zu niedrig, nehme mehr Kapseln ein.
