I'm so HAPPY I tried this product!!
Perfect fix to a painful issue! I don't know what the problem was with my heel, it started hurting & kept getting worse by the day. It got so bad with the throbbing & it was very painful to walk. I got these heel cups, been wearing them for 3 days now and sooo much better!! (I put them inside my slipper socks for in the house, wear them to work in my crocs/no socks. They stay put better than anything else I have tried.) Easy to wash, seems to be very durable. I would buy this item again if needed, money well spent!!

Amazing Help for Heel Pain
I was on my feet a lot in my late 20s, and wound up with tendonitis in both heels at the same time. Thank goodness it wasn't spurs, but still, it hurt. With every step, it felt like someone was driving a railroad spike into my heels. After a lot of physiotherapy and a couple of cortisone shots, my doctor gave me a pair of Tuli's cups and told me to wear them in my shoes at all times. I thought she was nuts. They just don't look like much, and they are not cushiony. But I did it anyway. She wasn't nuts, she was right. Tuli's cups really do absorb the shock from the heel strike. Like many people, I tend to carry my weight slightly behind my center of gravity. This means my heels strike extra hard. I wore my Tuli's for years, and was thrilled that there was such a simple solution for heel pain. Then, suddenly, I couldn't find them anywhere. It was before Amazon sold merchandise other than books. I started buying Spencos, and they're very helpful too. I figured I'd have to use the Spencos forever and would never find Tuli's again. Last autumn, my heels started acting up again, though. So I got myself some new Tuli's and put them in one pair of shoes (I rotate three pair). I removed the Spencos from that pair and reinserted the original insole and added the Tuli's cups. Ta da! Problem fixed. In a few days, the pain was gone again. Don't get me wrong, I do like my Spencos, but some of the varieties are awful. That grid on the bottom of the Tuli's cups absorbs a whole lot of shock. It does take a bit to get used to them. At first, I was ever conscious of them, but after awhile, they feel perfectly normal. You can wash them, and put them in different shoes if you want. You don't have to remove the shoe's insole like you do with Spencos. I'm wearing them now, and if your feet hurt, you should too!

Great heel relief but painful toes.
Love the heel relief. Only issue is you’ll need to go about a half size to maybe a full size up on your shoes depending on how much room you like to give your toes.

Good support
Fits in shoe nicely and gives extra cushion.

Irritating
The cups don’t stay in place which irritates me. I have to keep on adjusting them and put them in place again. I don’t recommend this item.

Well made
I have been transitioning to barefoot type shoes and this little heel cup has been great. I never had heel pain before, so simply adjusting my gait wasn’t working well for me. The heel cup has truly helped my heel pain, to the point that I don’t always need it now. But, it’s sturdy and reusable, so if I notice any pain in my heel starting up, this goes into whatever shoes I’m wearing. So grateful that this is available, works better than anything else I’ve tried. Would probably be good for heel slippage too.

Not worth it
No extra support and the heel cup does not fit fleshly inside my tennis shoes

Work well
These work well, fitting over the orthotic in tennis shoes, reducing impact.

Je porte du 11W comme pointure de souligner et ces talonnettes moule parfaitement mes talons. Très confortable et super efficace, soulagement automatique. Reste a voir si elles sont durables ou non.

My mother found benefit from these, which was recommend her foot doctor. I, however, found a better resolution in my heel pain with a pair of firm, memory foam insoles. I only only tried the Tuli Classic. I suspect everyone will need to try to find their personal solution, but I can say this is a well known brand that has been around for many, many years. I don't know what is causing my heel pain, but my mother was experiencing fat pad atrophy. "Fat pad atrophy refers to the gradual loss of the fat pad in the ball or heel of the foot. This condition is characterized by the thinning of the pad, which exposes the sensitive connective tissues to strain and pressure. As a result, inflammation and micro-tears occur."
