I am new to autobody Painting, but I do have an experienced Mentor. We are in the process of painting my 1974 VW Bus. I set this gun up and used it to paint a Mid Coat of Pearl and 3 coats of Clear. The gun worked great. It didn't spit or sput. It's very easy to adjust, and a pleasure to clean. The ergonomics are very comfortable. For the price, it is a really very good buy. My mentor said he was impressed with it, and also said it is a very good gun.

I bought this gun as a step up from my Black widow and I'm very happy I did. I use the 1.3 tip to spray basecoat and clear coat. The coverage is great. I think it was money well spent.

Quality for your money, I would definitely recommend, the spray works done is extraordinary I was doubtful but now I have no regrets

Gun does rust on the inside . I broke the gun down to clean it before I sprayed some water born paint through it. There was rust on the needle and the threads inside the gun so I’d avoid water born and keep gun in a super dry place . I’m calling a devilbliss rep Monday to see if their guns are made from 100 percent non rusting material . It’s insane that 99 percent on this gun is made from non rusting material but the main channel the paint flows through is galvanized steel . One small step away from making the best affordable spray gun money could buy and they missed the mark . I may send this one back

I purchased this paint gun based on a "top ten" list where the #1 was about $800. This one was #3, I believe. The Master elite spray gun cost about $150, because it came with just the 1.3 nozzle. The same model with 3 nozzle sizes can be had for a bit more, but I have other guns for other jobs. This one I used for metallic urethane single stage paint and urethane high solids clear coat automotive paint. After the normal adjustments, the gun works quite well. The trigger action is smooth, atomization is nice for the price point, and cleaning is straight forward. I had no air leaks as others mentioned in their reviews. I have used those low end guns from the freight that came from the harbor, and this one is miles above in quality. Yes this one costs significantly more, its a little heavier in weight, but it is well worth it in the ease of use, better quality built, better results, and not having to throw it away after one use!

I was very excited when purchasing this spray gun, once ordered I couldn't wait for it to be delivered. I had a few projects I needed to take care of. Once it arrived I opened the box and the first thing I noticed was how nice the build quality was. I can easily say it is very high end, and stackes up nicely to my Sata and Iwata spray guns. Spraying with it exceeded my expectations and blew me away with how it fully atomized my base coat and clear coat. The finish was smooth as glass and super glossy. I really liked the way the gun felt in my hands it was comfortable and balanced. I highly recommend this spray gun to any high-end body shop or professional painter , because it really provides an exceptional finish.

I've bought many different spray guns and am often disappointed just from the quality of the gun. Although I haven't used this gun yet, it quality is above and beyond. While unpacking, I noticed all the different tips and nozzles. They all appeared to be of a well made spray gun. The gun feels balanced and well crafted. I would, based on the packaging, the quality of the materials it's made from and the feeling of the gun, definitely recommend this to others

Pressure gauge is faulty though, so replace it with my old ones
