How does the nest vs stack work with these? Looks like they should always just fall into each other.

I know what you're trying to ask but I don't know how to put it into words! They stack nicely. The smaller cups are fitting onto a larger cup and cannot fall into each other.

I believe that l Green Toys are lead free

How tall is it when the cups are all stacked together??

approximately 14.25" tall when stacked and 5" when nested

is the smallest piece a choking hazard?

Hi, this product does not have a choking hazard. It is age graded for 6 months and up.
