This stuff works. Im a 43 yr old female. I've ran almost daily for almost three decades. Ive worked out forever. Ive gotten into boxing and MMA throughout my adult life and have been thrown and beaten and crumpled up on mats ALOT. I take no medications and I dont do doctor's. I dont stretch enough as I should. This last year or two ive been starting to feel age, all my injuries and getting stiff. I let it slow me down for the first time in my life and am trying to crawl out that hole. I bought this flex on a whim, thinking it was a powder form because swallowing pills makes me want to gag. Nope, I got the pills. I tried them the first night I got them and next day my body felt so much better and way less stiff. I actually had way less pain. I thought no way did this work that fast. Ive tried a lot of different vitamins with less results. I thought it was a coincidence. It wasn't a coincidence, ive continued taking them and feel so much better. I am so grateful for this product. I still get stiff, especially after driving, but it is at least half as bad as I was prior to taking this stuff. Definitely worth a try if your story is like mine and Definitely beats going to the Dr's.

Five stars. Animal Flex glucosamine vitamins ended up being exactly what my joints were begging for. The packs are convenient, the formula feels legit, and after a couple weeks I noticed less creaking and stiffness during workouts. It’s one of the few joint supplements that actually feels like it’s doing something instead of just taking up space in my cabinet. If you’re active and want your body to stop protesting every movement, this stuff is worth it.

My right knee is trashed and my joints make all sorts of racket standing up from sitting. Been taking this almost a month and already notice a difference! Not as much joint noise, and my knee has been feeling decent on bike rides. Pretty happy with it!

I like the product, it’s definitely helping with the creaking and cracking my bones go through. You need a knife or scissors to open them though, or do like I do and use your teeth, I personally am tired of using my teeth. For a convenient pack, comparing to the one on the right, it could definitely be packaged better.

I’ve been taking Animal Flex every day for about 7 months now and I have to say it works. I’m a power lifter and I was getting really bad shoulder pain after my heavy lift days. It got so bad that I had trouble sleeping on my side and had to take a month off. After taking this, and eventually adjusting my program to have fewer heavy bench days, my shoulders feel so much better. I still get pain from time to time but that happens when you bench 400lbs+. The difference is that it’s sore vs on fire and I recover in a day vs a week. Side note, I had some minor pain in my lower back and wrists from old injuries and that went away around 3 weeks in and hasn’t come back. This stuff isn’t a miracle cure for serious joint pain/issues, but it sure does help, and will knock out most minor irritation. Update: Been taking this for 15 months now and the results have gotten even better. You’ll notice if you stop for a couple of weeks that the aches will set back in but I’m basically pain free at this point even on my heaviest days.

this is a great product. It’s honestly so many different vitamins for joint and flex lubrication and support it’s a one stop shop and it works well. It would be nice to see on some kind of pamphlet of what the different pills are and what they do. My thought was I could only take the certain ones that I needed at the time however they kind of forced you to take all 12 or seven or however however many are in a pack. it’s also a very high price but I completely get there’s reputation packaging convenience and quality in this product. I would definitely recommend this to anyone with joint pain or any athlete trainer or sports enthusiast
