Turns a cooler or cardboard box into a very loud speaker. I was impressed at it. I tried several different items, buckets, coolers, shipping boxes, etc, all worked awesome. Rechargeable battery is a plus. Review: Manufacturer's customer service sucks!!!! - Interesting product but unless you buy the product direct from the manufacturer they will refuse to service it. Very poor customer service from the manufacturer they just don't seem to care about a customer from a secondary retailer. I won't purchase another item made by this company.

Awesome when it worked, company is crap.
I used to love this speaker, I used it at work to turn a box into a speaker and it sounded nice. But as expected with normal use, the sticky pad started to get dirty (and for clarification, the box I used was glossy and I wiped it clean of dust before I stuck the speaker to it each time to prolong the stickiness). So I decided to replace it with one of the pads included with the speaker. The problem is, the replacement ones are considerably stronger than the original. It attached it self so well to the box that when I pulled the speaker clean, it pulled it out of the plastic housing. A few months later, the speaker it self just suddenly died. Worked great for part of the day then just went dead, with a charge still on it. I emailed the company the only way I could, I got on their site and sent a message through their "Contact Us" section and was totally ignored. Not a single response or acknowledgment.

Not Sticky Enough
First off, let me just tell you that the sound that you CAN get from this little gadget is pretty amazing considering the size and price. I received mine two days ago, and I was blown away when you connect it to the right object(s). It works well on objects that have thin walls: cardboard boxes, hollowed doors, etc. However, it doesn't work that well on objects with thicker layers: cabinets and etc. My problem is that this thing does not stick to objects very well...and for those of you who don't know, if it doesn't stick well, it WONT WORK. When I first got it, I took off the plastic seal and started sticking it to everything that I could find. However, it would keep falling off after about 15 seconds. I saw that it came with back up stickies, so I put a new one on, but it started to fall off quickly. I didn't have my phone or the body of this device tugging on the wires at all. It should stick for a while, but mine couldn't make it through an entire song. We have some double sided sticky tape at work that I'm bringing home with me to give it a whirl. If it works, then I'll have an awesome little device. It it doesn't work, then I'll have an awesome little device that will work for 30 seconds and then stop working because the damn sticky won't stick.

Pretty awesome for a little speaker
This is pretty neat. I heard thru a friend about this. He said he paid $50 for it. I got mine for less than $15 for it. It's loud if you put it on a empty box!

Pretty cool little gadget.
I purchased this for my adventures with friends. The speaker isn't quite loud enough for others to hear music/comedy on my Galaxy Note. So I thought I'd give this a try thinking I'd just attach it to something in my cook set. My GSI nested bowl worked the best for me. Titanium pots are a little "tinny" sounding, go figure. lol The sound from my bowl isn't super loud, but loud enough the whole camp can hear very well without full volume. You will spend a couple hours at first sticking it to EVERYTHING. Good thing they give you extra sticky pads. lol The most amazing thing I tried was a styrofoam cooler. The volume and quality of sound are shocking considering what you are using. The best sound, not surprisingly, came from my acoustic guitar! For you backpackers/campers here's the low down. Dimensions are "approximately" 1 5/8" (41mm) x 3 7/8 (97mm) and it weight about 2 oz. It has a usb charge port. I recharge with my goal0 stuff..

Loads of fun!
It's fun to try this unit on different surfaces to see what sounds you can get, and my son has had a lot of fun with it. It seems to have a long battery life (goes for hours), and the usb recharge capability is a huge plus. Attaching it to different objects greatly changes to the volume and overall tone, but most things you try still sound surprisingly good, with *awesome* bass response. The best volume we got was on a 24" plywood box with very thin wood sides. At full volume it's still not too loud, but great for background music. I'm suspicious that the adhesive will need to be replaced occasionally as it becomes dirty, but so far so good.

Audio?
I do not have any hearing problems but I can barely hear anything that comes out of this. I bought this months ago and have only used it twice because it really does not work. It has been my dream for over a decade to get this and I am highly disappointed.

Didn't work properly and had to be returned. It wasn't portable and couldn't hold a charge.
